Welcome to Threefold Care, husband and wife team Troy and Katie along with their team of carers bring support to a community that deserve compassionate and genuine care.
Troy Reddy - Founder & Director
Troy is passionate about supporting people in the NDIS community and is known for his genuine, caring, and respectful approach. With experience in the alcohol and other drugs sector, counselling within Brisbane’s community, and working as a cultural liaison officer in prisons, Troy brings a deep understanding and compassion to his work. His cultural heritage helps to create a safe space for all of our participants in particular indigenous participants.
He has also led strong teams of carers, supporting participants with cognitive, psychosocial, and physical disabilities. Troy is committed to participant-centred, strengths-based support and believes in helping people build on their abilities so they can thrive.
Katie Reddy - Founder & Director
Katie brings nearly 20 years of experience supporting children and young people, including those with additional needs. Growing up around people with disabilities — inspired by her mum’s work in the sector — she developed a deep passion for helping & encouraging others.
She has worked as an NDIS carer and is known for her caring, genuine, and respectful approach. Katie connects with participants wholeheartedly and is committed to creating nurturing supports that empower people to achieve their goals.
With a strong and holistic focus on participants, Katie ensures every person feels safe, valued, and supported.

We are committed to building a team of carers that walk alongside individuals throughout their journey and provide care grounded in integrity and honesty, ensuring every participant feels valued and understood.
Our team have a strong focus on communication and making sure all of our participants, their advocates and support coordinators are heard and make every effort to partner with all parties to provide the best outcomes.
As we grow we have a vision to impact our community, blessing families and individuals meeting them where they're at and bringing hope one person at a time. Whether it's a kind word, sponsorship or missions trips into communities that need a hand, our dream is to be in a position to be able to be the hands and feet to these areas.
